Now if you want a spot in phoenix to look out over it, this is the place. Very beautiful and you will love it. Road is winding all the way up so hang on and look forward. Once up top it is truly amazing how small we really are. If you have kids they will love it too but keep them close, there are not to many guard rails if any there. Have fun

We hiked around 9:30AM in January. Weather was great was getting too warm later in the day. Great lookout across the valley. We didn't realize there is a parking lot up top and that we could have driven up, but we would have chosen to hike even had we known because it is scenic. The hike allows dogs too.

A great place to visit. Beautiful views and all directions. There's a little bit of a drive to get there but even the drive is beautiful. I would highly recommend this spot. Also lots of hiking trails.

Great lookout out with some nice views of the Phoenix valley! Good place to spend some time with friends or family. There are some hiking trails connecting to the lookout as well but I’ve only ever driven to the top. The drive up is windy, but not too bad - just watch out for cyclists.

This was a great lookout over the Phoenix/Mesa metropolis! Narrow winding roads to the top made for the highest lookout point I have need to in the area. Wonder trails for hiking or running. Historic stone buildings to explore and picnic around as well. If you are new to the area or just have not been up to Dobbins Lookout yet, I highly encourage taking some time to check it out. Take some water and a picnic lunch, can easily spend a day in this area!
