I was not a fan of Fry's before the pandemic but I shop there because it was the closest store other than Walmart. We order our groceries and have ordered them from Walmart who has a much easier website to order them from and we have had no problems other than missing a few food items. So we have tried to order from Fry's. We found their website very hard to navigate through with many dead ends. After many tries we managed to put in an order. We were given a time to collect our order and then with very short notice our order was delayed twice. The second time it was such a short delay that my husband was already in their parking lot to pick up the order and he was told it would be another hour. He could have driven home and turned around and went right back but chose to wait in their parking lot for that hour to pick up his groceries. Then when it was time to finally pick up the order, none of the items that we had decided to go there for were available. We would not recommend Fry's. I would give them a -* if it were available. This experience will change our shopping plans in the future even when we feel we can shop in store. We have wished for a new grocery chain that is more customer friendly to come into our area. Hope one does and drives them out of business. They have lost ours.

Overall the store is great but I'm done coming here. The employees that are handling the online ordering are ruining the store. I had one employee turn his big cart sideways, blocking the whole aisle. Another one cut directly in front of me to get an item then just stood in the way while he scanned it and put it in the cart. They are very rude and ruin the shopping experience .

Ordered for pick up with a 7pm-8pm slot for today. Then received a text saying that my order would not be ready until 8pm-9pm. I checked in at 8:10pm and saw someone else waiting as well. After waiting 20 minutes I called the store. The store stated that I could come back after 8am tomorrow and that I should have received a text. Considering there was someone in the same situation as myself, this sounds like someone did not do their job correctly. No remedy was offered other than to come back at a different time.

We have the choice to come to this grocery store or the Frys on silverbell. I order pick up due to having a baby and mom of 4 kids! Each time its a nightmare. Because of the wonderful in store customer service i have came back but the pick up service just gets worse!! I see the frustration in other people also waiting for their items! I saw one vehicle who seemed to know the grocery associate, pulled up and left with in 5 minutes! (Favoritism) not fair when others are waiting for more then one hour!! My service will probably have to go to target!! Yes more expensive but faster service!!

It seems that this store is not enforcing the mask policy. In three of my last four visits there have been customers without masks. One time last month when we did pick up even an employee came out without a mask. I’m a healthcare worker who works directly with Covid patients, while I can empathize that this is a difficult time to work generally and especially in a grocery store I’m not interested in leaving my shifts at the hospital to put myself in danger buying milk. I’ve seen unmasked customers a couple of times in the last year I was willing to look past that because I can imagine how burdensome it is to work for grocery store wages and have to put yourself through the same vile abuse we receive at times at the hospital but the frequency of unmasked customers seems to be increasing and now I feel like I need to take my business elsewhere. I’ve seen the effects this virus can take and I’m not interested in jeopardizing the care I take at work and the sacrifices I’ve made keeping distant from family and friends only to get exposures at a grocery store. I’ll be driving past this store and going to Safeway instead.
