As recent RV purchasers, we were surprised to find out how hard it is to find a good RV storage facility. This one includes covered parking, an RV wash, a dump station, and shore power (20A) for keeping your rig charged. On-site manager and alarms help to keep it secure and provides excellent customer service. Long gate hours for those of us who like to get an early start or arrive back late from camping. Put your reservations in quickly as they often have a waiting list.
Had a great experience storing our trailer at this facility. Will definitely be using them again. Only complaint I have is having to pay for water when using their dump station. It would be nice to have a hose bib at the dump station you could use to help flush out your tanks when needed. Having to pay for the water is very expensive when dumping. Prices are similar to everywhere else I looked in the area for covered storage.
We needed to dump our grey and black waters and thought we would pay for the water that others had mentioned. Bad idea! You must be a member in order to pass through the gates that hold the coveted dumping station. Who would have thought it would be so hard to empty your reservoirs!
We stored our boat at Shady storage for The Last 5 Years and never had any incidences. We enjoyed the covered parking for our boat and enjoyed the ease of access are there security code and security top notch. The price is very reasonable.
Safe place to store all your toys. The management is amazing.
