They have great service, great value and the place is always kept clean. I'm glad I'm using this place for my stuff while we move.
Staff there is very friendly and helpful. The storage areas are clean and well lit. Very secure.
Great place - service and attention to detail- always clean - always kind and over the top service and extremely helpful!nAlways able to find cart to move stuff- I appreciate good helpful kind people and Tim has been extremely helpful to me and even when busy will take the time with! His location is out of my way by 15 mins but because of Tim I am back using is location only because of him!nI appreciate all he does cause many times using a storage unit is not at pleasant times!nThank Tim for all you have done for me!!
Good customer service at first. However during difficult times like covid they were not willing to work with us on payments. We only owed for 4months they told us a week ago our unit was going up fn. We told them we could pay a third of the payment this week and the remainder on Monday. So we can get out sentimental belongings out that can never be replaced. And they said they couldn't work with us. Then gave us the run around about auction times so we can at least purchase our unit back that way, so our things were sold. Very sentimental things and we had every intention to pay them even had a full months rent money to give them. But they don't expect payments like that once you're behind you're screwed they won't work with you
