We needed a storage unit for the first time in our lives since we sold our house and it was going to take a few months for our new house to be built.nnMy wife had never had a storage unit before and were unexperienced.nnDue to proximity and the fact they were climate controlled, we thought we would walk in here and take a look.nnFirst of all, for the largest (10’x20’) unit that was climate controlled, it cost lower than we were expecting which is always a plus!!!!nnThe woman working the office was super friendly, courteous and hospitable. We never once get pressured and she was never trying to up-sell anything. She gave us the facts and offered her expertise on how much space we would probably need.nnI would recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage location!
A++!!nLooking for a storage unit of considerable size, I found Lori at Signal Butte RV Storage to be the ideal spot. These are beautifully laid out and extremely spacious at 15x30, and not too common to find spots this large with a door! They also have an enclosed 15x45. These units are well-lighted on the inside which is another characteristic not found in other properties. The floors are coated in epoxy, which isn't just for looks but also locks out the moisture bare concrete produces; good news for direct-to-ground contact items like boxes, metal, etc. Late gate hours and friendly staff round out the overall benefits package.
I had called several storage facilities before choosing Signal Butte Self Storage. Most weren’t very polite. When I called and spoke to Lori, she was very polite and professional. She explained the rental policy and provided me with all the information I needed. I went in today and she was just as polite and friendly. She made the rental process smooth and easy. Thank you Lori.
Very clean facility and great price. Needed an inexpensive storage unit for some house hold items and this place delivered. Lori in the office was very nice and even included some cleaning supplies with our rental! So far a great experience!
I was looking for storage due to a family member passing, I found the staff at Signal Butte to be so compassionate and caring helping me deal with my requests. I found the unit to be clean and kept up with a great storage access. I would highly recommend.
