Rosauers Supermarkets

I used to go out of my way to this store cause they had great customer service. It’s what separated you from the competition. Self check out is giving up on customer service. Yet now you decided to join the trend. I usually fill a cart so this does nothing for me. And since the goal of self checkouts is to cut on labor costs I now take twice the time to check out. Is this suppose to be convenient for people? How the hell is this suppose to benefit the customer? You now basically have customers working at your store, just so your CEO can get richer. And it amuses me how people aren’t outraged by this lack of ethics. Maybe the day a computer takes their job they will understand.

Lyft water machine

Just visited to utilize their in-store POST OFFICE. It was a speedy transaction, much more so than the GRAND POST OFFICE, where i stood in line for 15 minutes and never moved forward. The line at that location was out the door. I was also told it was the same scenario at the REGAL location. Thanks for the quick and efficient service!

Nice and quiet shopping, unlike Walmart and Fred Meyer without costing an arm and a leg like Albertsons or Safeway. I love this store and now use Rosauers for all my grocery shopping.

Its right across the street where I live AND the workers are very polite and courteous. GREAT STORE.
