IT'S FREE! ud83dudc97 Roam around and soak up history you never knew existed. Plenty of informative signs to educate you. Take your time, there is no rush. Plenty of parking, super clean bathrooms. Fur babies ud83dudc36 on leashes are most welcome.

In the age of Covid we needed to wear a mask and maintain social distancing. There were none of the usual guided tours, but we were given information about doing a self-guided tour. Staff were courteous and informative. The place itself is awesome. No fees at this time. It's worth the time.

Kind of in the middle of nowhere. Visited on a pretty warm day, but it was interesting. I liked the QR codes to listen to recordings at all the different displays. Fun for a bit of a side trip.

Words cannot describe how amazing it is to see a building still standing after 100s of years. The place feels very peaceful and it's beauty can only be admire if you take your time observing it.

I visited the ruins twice in 2019. During those two times I didn't experience anything negative. There was ample parking. Although, the only shaded spots were near trees. The national monument doesn't charge entrance fees, which is fantastic. In the main building there's a nice exhibit that details the history and facts about the surrounding area. The ruins are located outside. There's a nice paved path to walk on. This national monument is highly recommend, especially because it's free.
