Kamiak Butte County Park

Lovely park to hike in. Wide trails at first. Backside trail was a little steep and snowy. Hiked here on one of my first dates with a guy ten years ago... Came back today with him. Married 8+ years :) lovely trail for couples, families, groups, and individuals.

Beautiful! Gotta see it to appreciate it. My family loved running around the gorgeous paths. Makes for nice photos!

I read the reviews on this place before coming out and i didnt know how awesome it would be in person. Depending on pace its about a half hour hike to the top. The views at the top are worth the hike!

The hiking is so nice. If you go during the winter please make sure you have your yak traks with you!

This is a gem of a park! Hidden in the Palouse farm country, it is an easy hour + drive from Spokane. We took some friends, food and had fun! Fabulous park with picnic tables, access to water, a play ground and bathrooms. A couple of different trails depending on how adventurous you are. We will definitely go back.
