Very quick and easy service, will come out and take care of any lock problems you might have. Lovely customer service from all of the employees.nnPros:n-Fast at replyingn-Great customer servicen-Gets job done fastn-If you bring a key in they can make a copy in record timen-Very cute little store with ample parkingn-Cool key accessoriesnnCons:n-Do not require masks in store. (I'm pretty sure the receptionist was exposed to it at one point because she was out for 2 weeks)nn-If the lady receptionist isn't there, the 2 other men that work there have no idea where your stuff is. (I made a request for key copies weeks in advance and I forgot to grab them. When I went in, the man said the receptionist was gone and he couldn't find my keys I'd ordered, so I had to come back on Monday when she'd be back)nnWould highly recommend, just make sure you go when the lady is there.

Great service. Got locked out of our camper at a state park. Called them and a very polite young lady answered. Explained out issue with them and where we were and that our money was also locked in the camper. No problem, she dispatched a very nice and knowledgeable technician to visit out campground and assist us. Arrived very promptly and did a fantastic job for us. We couldn't be more pleased with them. They are very worth calling if you have any lock related issues. Thanks so much Thompson people!!

Helped get my sister in law into her car after locking herself out and they were prompt she 71 so it was nice of them to accommodate her

Thompson Safe, Lock& Key is a very professional shop. They really know the business of making key's, keying doors and opening safes!!! I've been in Casa Grande for almost 40 year's and I've used Thompson Safe,Lock&Key for year's!!! If you need a professional lock and key job; I recommend Thompson Safe,Lock&Key for all your job's!!! I ask them to come to the shop and fix a car I lost the key they said they would bring a new key and program it to start the car. I tried to pay them but they told me I could pay when they were finished. It would cost over 200 dollars. I had the money to pay them. They said they would be able to do the job on that coming Friday at 12:30 in the afternoon I agreed. No one has contacted me about it I still need to get the car fixed
