I LOVE F45 QC! The workouts are amazing and will push you! You don’t have to be an athlete or be in shape to start, but they will help you become more fit and increase your endurance. The coaches are AMAZING! They are helpful, knowledgeable, and encouraging! Great environment!
My husband and I love F45! All of the coaches are amazing and make you feel right at home. Even though working out is tough routine for anyone to get into... with everyone’s positive energy and encouragement, you look forward to attending each class! This is exactly what I was looking for. I don’t have the accountability to work out like this in my home gym - it’s important to have someone pushing you and cheering you on to take yourself to the next level. And 45 mins per workout....there are no excuses to NOT do this.
Best gym I have ever walked into. They truly care about their members and the goals they have for themselves. They have encouraged me to push myself to make so much progress. They have become more like family just a gym.
My husband and I joined F45 Queen Creek two weeks ago and we love it, the first week was extremely difficult but with the help of the staff we powered through. So friendly and professional. We definitely recommend it.
