Great coaching and community. Expect to be supported and challenged as you grow as an athlete. All the equipment and tools to be a better you each and every day.
I walked into CFO about 8 months ago, for the free trial. It turned out to be the best decision I could’ve made. I was warmly welcomed by the coaches and current members. With awesome programming, coaching, and supportive members, I kept coming back. I’ve watched my entire mindset change, about exercise and nutrition, in the best way possible, and I have to give a ton of credit to CFO. If you want a great CrossFit gym, you’ve found it. If you want an even better community, you’ve found that too.
They helped me believe in myself again , in a world I was so unfamiliar with I was comfortable. This place is built as a family ! It’s amazing .
The owners of CFO are very welcoming and genuine people. The location is bigger than the average box and always clean. The coaches are knowledgeable and motivating. The programming is effective and challenging. The coaches provide safe modifications if needed so everyone can do the same workout together. The CFO community provides motivation and support for one another.
