I was really nervous to join but the coaches were knowledgeable and very helpful everything was scaled to my ability, I so glad to be a part of this gym, if you want a gym that makes you feel welcome and like family this is the place!

If you're looking to develop a warrior's spirit The Box in Casa Grande, AZ is a great stepping stone in that direction. Coach Mike Hazen is diligent in his craft of constructing athletes, and never shies away from working out with us. He and the rest of his team are very informative and knowledgeable in all our movements, and it is The Box's top priority to educate us through every step as to avoid injury down the line.
