Nice gym.. They have a decent variety of machines to choose from and a tanning bed. This location is a lot bigger than the anytime fitness on Power and Queen Creek.

Terrible place! Please stay away from this gym at all cost. The customer service is terrible and they will overcharge your bank account despite several attempts to resolve billing issues.nI have tried to contact them several times and they never answer the phone or respond to voicemails.nI attempted to cancel my membership with them, and although l provided the 30 day notice they requested, and signed the cancelation documents, they continue to charge my account for a membership I do not have anymore.nI requested that they email a copy of the cancelation documents, but they have not done so up until now.nUnless you want to have any issues like these in the future, I would suggest looking for a better gym.

This has been a terrible place to deal with during the pandemic. They refused to close the second time so they could keep charging fees despite the fact that I was not comfortable with going. They do not enforce a mask policy and I have never seen an employee walking around sanitizing anything. I will be reporting them for the violations regularly since they refuse to let people out of their memberships and also refuse to follow proper covid policies.nnThey don't care about you or your health. They told me they are owned by some investment firm out of Texas that told them to defy the mandates and stay open, so much for being a friendly local gym.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! *Anytime Fitness Guadalupe & Sossaman* We have been trying to cancel our membership for over 6 months now and continue to get charged monthly. We moved to a rural area that is not within 25 miles of an Anytime Fitness and have provided proof of address several times. The manager or employees of this location do not answer their phones, they do not return voicemails or texts. We have attempted reaching out to corporate several times and they can not help, sadly they gave us incorrect phone numbers and email addresses! Extremely unprofessional, we have been charged hundreds of dollars over what we should have! Do not sign a membership agreement with this location, they are not professional! This business should be shut down.
