Recently started going to the Yoga class with Tiffany and it is amazing. Great workout and the instructor Tiffany is warm, informative and has a great way of administering training to level 1-5 students. She always welcomes questions and gives motivation as well as advice before and after the workout. Will definitely keep going!
Nice clean small gym, but no shower was a big bummer for someone on the road or going straight to work after the gym.
Local - only a few minutes from where I live & work. More than adequate equipment for any workout need/preference. NEVER crowded. Good-size, well-maintained, clean & comfortable facility. 24-hour availability. Reasonable rates, especially family package. No long-term commitment required.
I'm very satisfied with this gym. Never have to wait to use a machine since it's 24/7. Has DirecTV, and you can watch what you want. They were thoughtful to put up signs asking people not to slam weights down. Air conditioner and ceiling fans. Locked entry, I feel safe here.
I enjoy working out in the Coolidge SNAP Fitness. I don't have to wait for equipment & they have a good selection of equipment for a smaller gymnnIt's very convenient for mennSince it's here in Coolidge l can get a great workout in about an hour & don't have to drive 25 minutes each way, that makes it easier for me to go regularlynnIt's very clean, TV in front of every treadmillnAmanda is very helpful
