Nice planet fitness on the east side of Phoenix. Smaller parking lot, you might have to walk a ways from your parking space. Easy to access from the street. Friendly staff and helpful as well. Nice medium sized planet fitness and really nice locker room. Cloth shower curtains, Three sinks, three or four showers. Plenty of seating in the locker room. Clean organized gym

I went in to sign up for the program. The young lady behind the desk was a very pleasant and very accommodating. she was new and had to ask someone else for guidance along the way but that's understandable. The one thing she probably needs to learn more is how to talk up the program because I had to ask her questions regarding the amenities of the gym. I was never asked if I would like a tour or anything it was just go right to sign up. It would have been nice if I had been taken around and showing the equipment and where the facilities are for the other amenities because I left there really not knowing anything more about planet fitness than when I first got there.

Very clean with a great variety of machines. Never too packed. I took off a star because it's not 24/7 yet. Definitely recommend.

Planet Fitness offers the exercise equipment that is always clean/ed along with: tanning, infrared, and massage equipment and even a movie room with even exercise equipment in it, oh, and even a free weight station. Mind you, the space between each exercise machine is generous and comfortable. They also offer personal training for free! The staff have good, courtious, supportive, friendly, and welcoming attitudes which I'll appreciate and cherish such moments forever. And a shop/store also stands within the entrance and front desk where I go to sign in. Once signed in, I'm able to freely enjoy these services with no limit on time usage because, I can request more time. That is the key ud83dudd11 in where their nonjudgemental attitudes really showed for me. I am extremely grateful for this gym being available near me and, many locations are available near me. But, what I desire Planet Fitness to have is: a working sauna and, a swimming pool and, a hot tubud83dudd25and, working showers available for me. Thank you so much to Planet Fitness! Stay awesome!
