This routine check up is the best experience I have ever had (In my 25 years of doing my own vehicle maintenance). The store in itself was clean and I was greeted immediately. I had to take it in for a long road trip (1500 miles) routine check up. Check the brakes, shocks, alignment, etc. I had made the appointment online, showed up 15 minutes before my time and they had my vehicle on the lift by my appointment time. I was fully expecting to walk out of there having to fix something because that’s the typical experience at any mechanic shop. They always find something to charge you for. But to my surprise, I was met with a fantastic evaluation that my car was good to go for the long road trip. No charge! They even took an extra few minutes when my VSA light went on while they were doing my check. I was able to explain that was already an issue I had. But the fact they tried to clear it thinking it was something they had done was super responsible. I would gladly give my money to this place for all the oil changes and tire replacements I would ever need because this is the kind of business I want to support. Thank you Saint Marie’s Le Schwab!
