Wife had taxes done here at this location 1st week of January, 1 simple W2 (1 child to claim) she normally does this for free online. H & R block at this location charged her over 400$. We also tried the refund advance, dont do it. You only get funds on an approval bases.You still have to pay the fee even if they dont approve you. And still stuck waiting for your refund if you dont approve.They say they can give you up to 3Gs advanced...well thats not true either. My wife was approved but only for $500. So she paid a ridiculous amount to get a lousy 500$ up front. Also its been well over a month & 1/2 still no refund. Also you must use there emerald card to receive your payment....Not worth the expertise your computer can do for you for free. What a Gimmick!! Myself or my wife will never use them again.

Scheduled an appointment in the morning for a meeting at noon. Got there 5 minutes early and waited until 12:20. Nobody was in the office even though they claim to be open from 10 am to 2 pm. Extremely unprofessional. I recommend to use another tax company, or if you're stuck with HR as I am, go to another office.
