We have a jeep that has been having a shifting issue from 4th to 5th, but when we take it in they always say its fine when they test drive the vehicle. Go to service, they can't find the appointment in their system, their service people never know whats going on or how to properly schedule a service or even how to do a proper oil change. When we are able to get scheduled correctly and try to claim one of our free oil changes, they say we have none remaining, yet today another location verified we have 13 changes remaining, and to top it off the service records pulled from the Casa Grande location show they've been putting the incorrect oil weight and/or type in. With all those systems you guys pay for to pull up vehicle specs you couldn't find out the correct oil to put in? Too hard to read the weight from the oil fill cap?

Had new tires put on Ram 1500 trucknKathy Garica was very helpful , she hadnour service performed for us quickly !nWe only had a short wait .Service wasnfast & reasonable charge--WILL RETURN .
