Had the best experience buying a couch at Smith's! An associate helped us immediately and checked the stock to make sure we had it and then very clearly explained the process and how and where to pick it up. They were very friendly and helpful. When we paid at the self checkout, our paper wouldn't scan. Josue was working there and he typed in the number for us and completed the transaction. He was very kind and friendly and seemed to genuinely want to help us.nIt was such a smooth and positive process and it was so relieving to deal with such nice friendly people.

I was helped by an employee named Morgan. They were absolutely lovely! Even though the store was busy, they went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Made my day better, thank you

Have regularly shopped here for years. It's not bad. Margo the cashier is amazing. However: Not a mask freak, but I have to say that I'm not too wild about adhering to a demand for masks at a store where the employees don't bother. Early morning produce guy habitually wears his around his chin and yanks it up if he sees anyone looking his way. Not like that isn't completely obvious. Go breathe on the apples some more, man.nnSpoke to assistant manager, he was clearly uninterested and gave me a song and dance about how hard it is to keep masks on with as many employees as he has. I guess when that's the position of the leadership, the employees will take their cue from it.

I shop here all the time. Mostly curbside pickup these days but still inside sometimes. Great people, great food, and all the rest. No reason to ever go to Walmart.
