This place should be closed already! RUDEST people I have ever met lately. Some of my WORST customer service experiences have been at this location. I remember when it opened, and we were so excited because there weren't any other close options. Now we are flooded with them. Nobody knows what is going on, there is no such thing as employee parking, always out of stock. Cashiers stand around smiling at people pretending to be busy to avoid helping. I. Am. Done.

I love This Smiths! Not just because my momma works thereud83dude0a, but because they keep there prices at a good range and they keep there foods up to date! Thank you

While the convenience of this location is beneficial to us, it's not worth dealing with the rude and uninformed staff and Horrendous lines. Been here four, five times. Always rushed at self checkout. Always long lines and waits. And rarely a smile or friendly face among the staff. Not our cup of tea. Whatever happened to service with a smile??

This is an older store and somewhat dirty, but alright. The cashier at the self checkout was not the friendliest and had her mask on incorrectly. Other locations are a bit better. This one always has employees sitting outside and smoking right by the entrance. Not very appealing upon first impression. I've been here maybe a dozen times and have never really been given really Good customer service. But it does have a fuel center and find it convenient to fuel up before my commute to work. 1/5

About half the employees here don’t wear masks, and the other half aren’t wearing them over their noses. I have to wear a mask for my shifts at work too, and I know it can suck to keep them on that long! But when you’re working somewhere as essential as a grocery store it really is your responsibility. I know there is not a mask mandate in Farmington, but I wish the employees here would do the right thing regardless and I did not feel comfortable shopping here :( let’s all do our part people!
