Smith's Food and Drug

I went to warm up the delis little chicken nuggets that they sale, and found a feather sticking out, when I went to go pull it off thinking it was something else it wouldn’t come off, I’m completely disgusted that you would be okay with selling that type of food.

Love this smiths. They always have a great selection, great clearance and their produce is always really good. Random clearance items around the store are really a nice touch as well.

We are new to Park City, We were hoping to find a grocery store as friendly at the ones in Florida. We met a lovely cashier by the name of Candie. She went above and beyond to help us.

Terrible service. Don't come if you want a good holiday experience or a happy mother. Max fought my mother while we were picking up our food leading to her to leave in tears. While there can be a discussion about reservations this is clearly not one of those things that you would talk down to a customer enough to make someone cry. Extremely unprofessional. Once we came back it was clear from the other staff members that this is a recurring event as they knowingly did not fight us once we mentioned we last spoke to Max. Through these troubling times we hoped that as a community we could bring joy and kindness to each other but our experience at Smith's has soured us for our next holiday shopping.

Nice selection of everything. Staff helping at the self check out were extremely rude. The woman could use some costumer service training.
