It was made very clear if we choose to use outside storage, you will not have access to use your vehicle for several months, until Spring when the snow melts, they plow all the snow to the enterance of the outside vehicle lot. Insane.
I have been a good customer for 8 years, and for some reason we misplaced the invoice, so for the first time in 8 years we are due for one month. We sent the check as soon we realized the mistake, and the new manager Brianna will not grant me access until the funds hit their account.nShe was clear in her message, no exceptions and do not care of customer loyalty. I requested to talk to the owner and she refused to give me his information.nI will cancel my contract with them ASAP.
