Amazing. Once again. We stayed at the Waldorf last year and had a great experience at Powder but I felt compelled to actually leave a review this year. Such a great staff. Shelby, who took care of us, was professional, accommodating and courteous. The food was out of this world. Every entree we ordered was phenomenal. Cannot recommend this restaurant more. Kudos staff!

So, just because its a Waldorf Astoria property, go in with no expectations of this place being stuck up. Staff are excellent - and Shelby, who helped us through our Valentines lunch, was sincerely amazing.nThe restaurant manager was always present, never to busy to clear or serve, and genuinely interested in our experience.nAll - ALL - the staff were fantastic. The food was just as expected - amazing. Think refined mountain quisine with incredible flavors. Not pretentious- honest, flavorful and welcome.nnCan't wait to go back!

On a $1400 check for a table of nine, from the time we requested the check, the server took 45 minutes to figure out how to run the check, and another 15 to run the cards and settle it. That is one full hour of my time wasted waiting for a server, with the manager’s assistance, to close out a check. Upon inquiry as to why it was taking so long for us to receive our checks, the server informs us that, “you can’t please everyone.” The manager was equally as unprofessional. While the restaurant was opulent and sophisticated, the staff was hopelessly inept. I will definitely spend my time and money elsewhere the next time I’m in Park City.nnAs an aside, they claim the tomahawk steak is A5, but the marbling is A1 at best.

Just came for desert! The creme brûlée was awesome! Kinda overpriced for the taste. Also they never answered their phone so we had to go down and get it from the hotel.

We were a party of 6 and had reservations when we arrived we loved the main dining room with the view outside and chandeliers.nnHowever they sat us in another room that looked like a conference overflow area, it looked terrible! We requested to sit in the main dining area as there was room however we were told by the manager those seats were reserved for others.nnNow.... this being said we left! We felt for the high prices we pay to eat here we should not be seated in the overflow room. My suggestion is when MAKING your reservation be sure to note you want seated in the MAIN room or you will end up where we did.nnThe menu looked awesome by the way but we left disappointed.
