I've never been a fan of Burger King in general, but the experience I had at this location was pretty good. The burger I ordered was decent, the onion rings were excellent, and the service was friendly. I would have given them a higher score, but they allowed themselves to run out of unsweetened iced-tea.

We ordered the sourdough king on the special 2 for $10. The bread was not toasted at all. The burger itself was cold and the cheese was not melted and in fact it was also cold as if straight out of the refrigerator. The fries were not hot. I am not sure what was going on or where our food was before it was given to us but it was NOT warm, toasty or tasty. It was cold and bland. No one was in line. We ordered the sourdough expecting a crispy, buttery, toasty bread and warm, melty cheese and warm burger and warm fries. We won't go again. We love burger King but not this one.

I will never go here again. I ordered a double whopper and I I got was a hamburger that was completely covered in mustard. It was everywhere. Even on top of the bun. All over the wrapper. The meat was really dry. Like it was cooked over an hour ago. I called manager and she just past the phone on to somebody else and didn’t even want to talk to me.

Live in Uintah so it is a convenience but if you go there after 3pm they are slower than any fast food place.. but they will make you sit at the first window so it does not show on the counter of theirs that they took ten minutes to get you a burger and fries and then it’s cold.. I think the franchise owner needs to really look into who runs his business at night and tell them to stop cheating the system by making you wait at the first window to fudge numbers!!!!

When this location first opened it was great service and fresh food... Now not good service, wrong food in order and not fresh food. I hope whoever owns this franchise will require the workers to do better. I also think it's weird they make you sit at the first window for 5+ minutes till the order is packed then they have you drive to the next window.
