This park was named after the man of the family who owned Golf City. It's now a housing community. The new plaque tells a bit about his story.nnIt's owned by the city of South Ogden even though it looks like it's part of the Ivory Homes housing development. It's well maintained.nnWe love this park because it has a lot to offer even though it's small. There's a grassy area to play ball. Covered picnic tables and two bbq grills. Plus playground equipment for the little kids.nnPeople come on their lunch break. We've had birthday parties.nnEspecially during Covid we moved small gatherings outside.
Beautiful park and it was great to remember Golf city. What a beautiful park and what a beautiful addition to South Ogden city.
