Just got started with Burton Family Attorneys. They are beyond professional and really help to understand the whole process! I haven't reached a final decision on my divorce however, I really feel they have the best interests for all involved.

Peter and Monica were amazing to work with! I had to use them twice, once for my divorce and another time when my ex took me back to court. Both instances I was very satisfied with the outcome. I like that Peter doesn't make things personal between divorcing couples, he sticks with legal facts and statistics, which I'm sure the courts appreciate, as do I. This helped the parenting relationship between my ex and I stay workable and on good terms. I have yet to hear of someone that was happy with their divorce attorney. I can say I'm 100% happy I went with Peter as my attorney, and will do so again, if needed.

My daughter and I were in need of a custody lawyer and Peter and Monica were the perfect fit. They answered all our questions, calmed all our fears and worked hard for a great out come.nWe are so grateful for their hard work, and for putting up with this mamma bear and grandma bear!nThey are always quick to return our calls and stood by my daughter when she was scared to be in the same room with her ex.nCan't say enough good things about them!

While it was a difficult to make the decision to hire a lawyer during a major life change, the team at Burton made it clear from day one they were going to do their absolute best to find resolve during that very challenging time. They were respectful and kind and caring throughout the whole process. I would like to recognize Monica for her warmth and empathy, Peter for his understanding and perseverance, and Erin for her patience and generosity. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is searching for a professional team with a personal touch!
