Scoot Nickle assisted me in a letter to my ex attorney about an agreement we had. He was very professional in the letter and looked at all the facts. My ex lawyer sent a response and I have not heard from Scott since. I have called his office a few times and left messages. Personally I feel he did half the job I paid him to do.

STAY AWAY. This guy is a waste of time He didn't prepare for my case AT ALL. He basically read over my file right before we went to court and failed to bring things up that were important to winning. Now my kids live in another state and have been abused. All because he didn't prepare for the case. Go to Nathan Carroll, he's actually a good lawyer in Ogden.
