You have a lot of fitness choices, but there is no place like Competitive Edge Fitness. The owner develops your plan and Arlo Gagestein is like no one else. He's always happy, even when making you do very hard things. He has so much knowledge about the human anatomy and he is a great sport masseuse as well. He can help you train and recover. He's been a great teacher for me and for my children who are all three athletes.
Arlo is an amazing and knowledgeable trainer, most of the workouts are difficult, but doable, and it is usually new and interesting. Definitely not doing the same old routine here. I've been going here for years, and I've loved it the whole time.
Arlo has been working with my family for about 6 years now. He's a great mentor and coach and prolific in the fitness industry. Great place for a sports massage also
