My son loves this Jim so much. The owner and coach Cris is great, my son learns a lot from him. He's the only instructor I've met personally but my son says there all great and he learns a lot, not only from all of them but the other students as well. He's so happy when he has time to go and comes back in an even better mood. It's great to see him work hard and get better at something he really enjoys. He asked me to give a good review for him since he lost his phone but I was honestly happy to. It's a great Jim and I'm very thankful for everything it's done to help my son.

This place is awesome. I highly recommend it. I've only trained at this place a short time but already I'm much more confident in my abilities and more fit than before. Personal matters have stopped me from going recently so in case i can no longer attend I want everyone there to know i really appreciate all they taught me. So if you're looking to fight, live healthier, or just learn some skills. Give this place a try I promise it will help you probably even more than you hope.

Not only is this place a good place to work out, they are family and very caring, in your development rather it be to be a fighter, reach a goal or just to have fun. Like most gyms I've been to, they only see you as a number, here they will treat you like family, not just as a number. They have also helped me reach my goal of losing weight, and plus not only are we family in the gym but also outside the gym. If you miss a few days, they will pick up the phone and call or text just to make sure you are ok.
