I have tried different gyms but this is the one that I recommend to friends and family looking for a new experience.nnI have the most fun at F45 South Weber. Everyone (both coaches and athletes) is very welcoming, the workouts are fun, and I can tell that I have gotten stronger and better form since joining the gym. Having a team of coaches that focus and making the athletes stronger, leaner, and better had been a huge hit.
I’m a huge F45 fan and been to a lot of studios. This one is my favorite by far and happy to call it my permanent gym! The trainers are awesome! Highly recommend!

I am so impressed with all the instructors at this location! Everyone is so nice and supportive. They take time to know you and help with your individual needs. Everything is clean and well organized. I highly recommend giving Nicole and her team a shot. You’ll love it like I do!
I absolutely love the community at F45 and all the couches. I have been going for about 5 months now and so glad I started. If your looking for a quick workout like me ( busy mom) this is a great option.
