Gym itself is decent. Continuously have to unload weights for patrons with no gym etiquette. Machines are entirely too close together. Lastly during the pandemic, patrons blatantly ignore the posted mask required signs.
I've always had a good experience here. I'm a member on average half the year because it is a little bit expensive. But I LOVE this place! I love the showers, pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room! They have a large variety of equipment and a private women's workout room. The classes are never too large that I've experienced, and they really force a good work out on you! I always really enjoy coming here to workout and relax. Afterward I often end my workout on the patio laying in the sun after a steam. It's very relaxing!
Howard is the best ! Very nice facility and great staff . Good yoga classes and personal trainers are very good
Came here for workout while on vacation in town. Went to Kimball Junction location on a Sat afternoon. Nice and quiet--only a few other people in gym. Front desk guy was helpful. Gym had what I needed for Olympic lifts, including squat rack and deadlift pad. I am giving only 4 stars bc a one-day pass was $25.
The Management at this company is horrible. I was not shocked when I read the other reviews. Don't bother complaining to Susanne she will yell at you. She could care less if you are unhappy. When I complained she threatened to speak poorly of my in our community and hung up on me. The club was recently update but they forgot to upgrade the management. Park City MARC is half the price and better facility top that off with amazing management. Steer clear of Silver Mountain and Susanne.
