I was very impressed with Young Ford in Morgan.nI arrived to look at a truck and it was waiting for me up front. Taylor was full of information and made the driving experience very comfortable. Seana was the best to work with! She was so helpful and made creating an appointment very simple. Plus she was great in following up with me, sending pictures and information, and ultimately helping me make the best decision for my family.
I can't say enough great things about my experience in purchasing my new truck from Stuart at Young Ford in Morgan, Utah. The feeling you get when you walk in the doors is amazing. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and they take the time to make sure the vehicle is right for you. I drove an extra 30 miles to Morgan to buy my truck and I'm glad I did. When they presented the truck to me after my purchase it was clean, full of gas and ready to go. They also explained all of the new tech to me and helped me setup my truck to work with my phone. Overall it was the best experience purchasing a vehicle I have ever had. I would recommend them to anyone.
Wish I could give 0 stars!!nnSure would be nice if young would take care of service customers. Bought a brand new ranger and it has been in the shop this time over 2 weeks. Asked for a loaner/rental with absolutely no luck. 2 weeks and this is not the first time my vehicle has been there.nnWe wanted to buy 2 additional vehicles for our company but we definitely will not be returning to young, which is a total disappointment as we have bought multiple vehicles from the Young dealerships in the past.nnPoor poor customer service.

Great dealership to buy from! I was a first time buyer and the entire experience although buying a new car is always stressful was as painless as it could be! My dad had bought a truck through Colby at Young and had such a good experience with him I knew which dealership and salesman I wanted to give the business to, especially after getting treated so poorly shopping around other dealerships (Performance ford & Tim Dalle ford) i would highly recommend these guys, they stayed late to make sure I could take the car home that night since I drove an hour and a half to get up there and I was able to have a great conversation with Colby! 10/10!nThanks guys!
