Wrong pretty much always

I am usually very understanding. Sometimes places are understaffed or mistakes are made. Its life. But every single time i have been to this particular McDonald's. My order was either wrong or the bread was dry and spongy. Last 2 visits I ordered a sprite. Instead I received soda water. SERIOUSLY??

If you like your fast food at it's slowest possible speed then this is where you want to be. I just wanted a happy meal for the one kid who refused to eat Wendy's. We waited in line before the box for 10 minutes. At the box we waited 4 to 5 minutes before getting a response to have our order actually placed. From the time the receipt stated we had started our order to the time we received our happy meal and 3 large drinks 13 minutes had passed. Imagine if I had ordered an entire combo meal, the time may have been double. The employee at the window didn't have any gloves at the window while handing out food. There were several boxes spread around the floor behind the counter, visible from the drive through window. The fries were cold and the ice in the child's drink was either melted or non existent. The unsweetened tea had a ridiculous amount of sugar as well. Overall, a half hour for a cold happy meal and incorrect drinks is insane and I won't be returning to this restaurant and that child will deal with it.

This place was so gross. I ordered the big mac and it had this weird pink sause on it. When I took a bite I threw up.
