Wendy's

The line moves kind of slow so beware if there is a big line. However, the food is pretty good, so possibly worth the long wait if they're busy. You can also save a little time and money with deals if you use the mobile app.

I went to Wendy's today the 3rd of March 2021 in order to Southwest avocado salad through the drive-thru. When I got back to my office to eat it I found that they'd give me instead the Apple pecan salad maybe? I don't know it definitely wasn't the right salad as there was no avocado no bacon and no cheese. they did give me the right dressing for the Southwest avocado salad so I guess there's that. To be honest it didn't really go very well with the lettuce chicken and apples that were in the salad though. Just another instance where I should have verified what they gave me.

If I could give zero stars I would. We waited 15 minutes to get our order taken. We were told the window was a priority

The new pretzel spicy chicken sandwich was the bomb! So good! I have nothing negative to say about this place. Good customer service and speedy service.

Had a coupon. They scanned the coupon but it did not go through. Employees did not check or tell us this. They just ran our card and charged us the amount due before the coupon. They were fully aware that we were trying to use the coupon. The coupon is the *only* reason we even went to Wendy’s. And, this is more of a general Wendy’s problem and not specific to this location, but their new chicken sandwich is disgusting.
