I came in on a Thursday looking for carnations at the florist section for the lunar new year and had the good fortune of meeting Malena (available only on Tuesday and Thursday). She went out of the way to help me by going into the back room and searching for them. I also needed an ordinary vase which she also promptly found in the back. Thank you!
Great store but I miss the regular checkers they have had for the past 10 years....and I do not like that they are pushing people to use the self check out. Miss the days they would open the check stand if more then 2 people were in line...maybe they could go back to that please!!! Still best store around ud83dudc95
Lost my phone there tonight, and when I went up to the counter to ask if it’s been turned in, there was two employees (heavier set girl and tall skinny guy, didn’t get their names but both younger) they described my phone then he proceeded to say “We were just fighting about if no one claimed it, who was gonna take it home” Joke or not, it wasn’t funny. While the girl employee walked up with my phone in her pocket and said “it wouldn’t stop going off” before rudely handing it to me.
Very convenient when we stop by at our bank and everyone is great!
Its busy cause its a great store.
