Public Storage

Called on Tuesday to check on storage for when I move. Kelly helped me and was wonderful. She seemed to know the answer to every question I had and guided me with what I would probably need and pricing. Nice to have someone knowledgeable as I didn't always get that with other places I called. Kelly was definitely a breath of fresh air!

Great storage experience! John is extremely kind and helpful. The way he spoke was as if he was watching over his own belongings in every one of the units. That’s definitely the kind of person I want looking out for my stuff. Thanks for getting my unit straightened out and making me feel comfortable about where my things are being kept!!

John helped me out big time, I had to downsize my unit from a large one to a smaller one. I did all this on the 1st and I couldn't pay the price of the large one. John was a huge help and for that Public Storage will always be home to my belongings. Great job great service for family needs.

John at public storage on telegraph street here in Reno was awesome, helpful, and explained everything professionally. He was soooo helpful we ended up renting one unit and came back the next day for another unit instead of going to another storage place. Highly recommend this storage unit at this location as John made the whole process easy.
