Hard to find and can feel a bit dated and dirty at times. Prices are amazing.

Really like the storage facilities here. Very reasonably priced. Staff friendly and helpful.

This is my storage unit place and I'm there a lot, however I will make a complaint I've made from the very beginning. The place stays open especially in the summertime well into the evening when the sun goes down. especially in their stairwells and their stairwells have lighting setup but it doesn't ever come on so they have dark stairwells with dark brown stairs and there's no light! not even light filter in from the moon or an accidental street light or car whizzing by to give you a sliver of light to see by.... Other than that it's actually a fairly cheap inexpensive place to have storage unit my unit price has not gone up in price in almost 3 years

I love this storage facility. I read some negative reviews about MMS online before moving to Reno. However, after comparing prices and location, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Since making that decision, I have not had a single bad experience. I can always easily access my storage unit and I've never felt unsafe or as though I'm in a second-class facility. Gate works well, lights work fine, other tenants have been friendly and have never seemed shady. To this day, I'm still at a loss as to why people slam this place. I like it. And the prices, location, and convenience can't be beat. If they have an open unit in the size you are looking for, grab it!
