We are very happy with our selection of storage unit. This facility is kept very nicely with nice units and clean and illuminated halls. It feels very safe to come here even late at night. Rela Martinez, the manager of this store, is a super nice lady who does pretty good at remembering her customers names. One day a few weeks back, we placed the lock in our unit incorrectly and the door stayed unlocked although it appeared locked. The next day we received a call from her letting us know of that situation.nIt is just a storage unit but we like it.

Sean and Rela are great. Professional, safe and clean environment. Our first time renting a storage unit and pleasantly surprised at the quality and cleanliness. My favorite thing is the convenience of the free carts available to use to unload our stuff.

This place is awesome! I had my storage key stolen out of my car, and they assisted in cutting my lock for me quickly so I could get my wedding decorations out! They even waived my fee as a courtesy due to the circumstances. Highly recommend!

Your manager that works my location has ALWAYS been so nice. Please do what you can to keep her. She truly is a strong asset for you. My only complaint is that I closed up my storage unit 2 weeks before my due date and I was not offered a refund at all. I feel like this is stealing from the customer. My opinion FWIW.
