My husband and I needed to rent a small storage unit to store some items we use in our rental units. I’m so sad that I can’t remember the lady who helped us find a unit, but she was awesome! She showed us one unit that was a little too far for my husband to walk, and then was able to find us a unit closer to one of the exterior doors that was perfect! She was so friendly and super patient with us; we had never rented a storage unit before, so we really had no idea how to proceed. Love that this place is so close to our home too - great location!
Nina was extremely helpful, efficient, professional and friendly. My experience getting my storage unit rented was seamless and easy from start to finish. Great customer service all around. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for storage in the Reno area.
Hello,nStorQuest Seems like a Great facility.nThe location is well marked on the approach making finding it easy. The unit appears clean.nThe rental agent was helpful, easy to talk with & made the process a breeze.nDriving to the unit w a trailer is a bit tricky but we figured it out. The two gals in the office (the manager and her co-worker) were very easy to do business with andnhelpful.
