Geraldine at StorQuest is by far the prime example of what customer service standards should be set at. Her absolute willingness to help and go the extra mile really makes you feel like a valued customer, and this is greatly appreciated. This is our first time using StorQuest for our storage needs and we will continue to give them our business because of how professional we were treated. The facility is impeccable and the units are extremely clean. There is more than enough space to maneuver a moving truck when loading and unloading your stuff and they have cameras places throughout the lot to ensure they are covering every angle. Pay StorQuest a visit if you are looking for a storage unit, you won't be disappointed.nnUpdate: We just vacated our storage unit, and I wanted to share my experience. StorQuest was absolutely amazing to work with for our storage needs. The property was always clean every time we had to stop by and their customer service is superior! I highly recommend StorQuest if you're looking for any storage needs. I will most definitely be going back to them if I ever need storage space in the future! This review is 9 days after my experience, as it took nearly a full week to get back home and set at my desktop. To begin, StorQuest Self Storage was the only single storage facility I had searched among a dozen others in Reno/Sparks area, that did not understate prices or services and that was a huge factor in my final decision to do business with them in just a blink of time. Easy to find and without even entering the office yet, I was pleased by the condition of their property that I could see. Walking inside, we were greeted in the most professional and courteous manner by Store Manager Sharon Kemp who's demeanor and smile was infectious and made me feel quite welcome. She was a marvel that would serve any business in a fashion that ultimately results in success. She was so efficient, knowledgeable and proficient, I actually thought to my self as she worked to get me into a unit that was exactly what I had described and needed, that I could not recall the last time I had been blessed to witness such positivity and a sense of actually being welcome and felt that my business was truly appreciated. It could not have been but ten to fifteen minutes from entering to viewing the storage space and was on my way to complete a two day move with a friend to help me. I am confident in saying that we will be doing business with StorQuest until no longer needed and as of this point, it is not going to be very soon. I never promote anything less than top marks in all aspects of my life, but StorQuest has nothing but the highest top marks from start to finish. If you are looking for new storage, maybe moving from some that have let their prices sky-rocket over time or any other reason,. check with StorQuest first and save yourself stress, frustration and most importantly, your time. Thank you again Sharon for everything you did for me when my life was at an extreme low. Personally, I think you could tell and you actually flipped that around and I am feeling better everyday and bordering on feeling great !!

I got it all done in 10 minutes and the storage facility looks secure and clean.nn---nJan., 2021nnI had a small, indoor 5x5 unit with climate control on the first floor.nnThis was close to my work and with the long access hours it was nice to visit my unit when I needed to and parking was never a problem. They provided carts to make the move easier.nnWhenever I reorganize and tidied up I would just do it in the hall and always cleanup after myself. I have been really picky with my belongings and tidied them up a lot. It was very nice and always came back with my belonging the same way as before. No deterioration in certain items and felt safe to store them here.nnSo having a unit away from home definitely has its advantages. I have enough room in my house to store my items now so I no longer need it.nnAlthough the front desk workers changed when I first initially signed up, they were still really nice ladies doing their best and provided nice customer service.

I am so impressed with Sharon and Geraldine at StorQuest, 888 Maestro Dr, Reno! I so appreciate their professionalism and helpfulness! They really went out of their way to make sure that our needs were met! We had a unique situation where we were going to have to move extremely quickly and needed a storage space immediately. They were great and found just the right unit for us! I would definitely recommend this location! I must say, that I have been very pleased with everyone that I have encountered in my dealings with this company. I want to thank them again for all of their help and kindness!

Honest evaluation... I'm not crazy about large chain Storage Companies; they tend to have rules and fees and rate changes that benefit themselves much more than the customer.nnHaving said that...my experience with Geraldine at Reno Maestro StorQuest was a very easy and pleasant experience; nothing like what I had with the national call center where the local number rolls over. I suggest rather than investing any time there, just wait until you can talk with the local office.nnMy hope is that the barge will turn a bit and this experience will be better than past experiences.
