I am never disappointed with my order. I give this restaurant in particular a 5 because their creativity assembling an additional makeshift drive through line in their parking lot to serve their customers. One of the few fast food chains where their staff is respectful every time I order. The food is delicious. All in all kudos.
Pretty good. It's the quality of Canes but spread across a multitude of meal varieties with decent prices. Nice place to go to, though admittedly very busy usually.
Went through the drive-through at Chick-fil-A. Ordered a few things but my order included a large grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato. When we picked up our order they offered a club grilled chicken sandwich without a large fry and drink. When I attempted to get a correct order they offered us the club sandwich is an “apology gift” and remade my sandwich. They noted that the order was not placed as large and only offered the medium drink. Upon giving me my correct grilled sandwich there was no lettuce and tomato. It is unfortunate that I had to pay extra for a large drink, lettuce,tomato, and a club sandwich. I also don’t eat bacon which made the “apology gift” more of a burden than a gift.
It’s usually a great day a chick-fil-a. I ordered the chocolate chunk cookie, which is normally warm and gooey. The one I received was hard as rock. I was so disappointed. Didn’t feel like waiting in the long line to swap it out. Other than that, everything was fine — service, etc.
