My husband and I had lunch on the patio. Service was great and my husband loved his meal. I had a pizza and it did not meet my expectations - too much cheese which overpowered the entire pizza. I was surprised to find crispy spinach rather than spinach that was blanched before putting in the oven. Otherwise the pizza was fine. Like other reviewers, we were quite surprised with regard to the 18% included service charge. Normally, when there is an included service charge you are not expected to further tip the server. However, we were told by our server that this charge is for everyone who provides some type of service in the restaurant (bartender, busboys, kitchen staff...). In the small print at the bottom of the menu I read that the 18% fee was so that all the staff (to include the server) had an $15 per hour wage. That's fine. I'm good with that - that's what one would expect in many other countries. However, to have the server try to tell us that the fee wasn't for her was not right. If a restaurant wants to automatically include an 18% fee, then no other tip should be expected unless the client wants to provide it for exceptionally good service. My husband said he did not want to go there again.

I understand that there is a service fee on top of the tip. However the service was not good nor worth the price. The food however was delicious. Just wish there was better service.

We arrived at this place for dinner. my friend recommended this restaurant. Well, we were not disappointed. The crew welcomed us with a smile and we felt very good. The meal was great. We enjoyed every moment and we will visit this place again. Highly recommended.

What happened to the food quality here, it used to be so good?! The server was awesome but the food came out tasting like hospital food that had been microwaved. Plus they tried to sneak in an 18% service charge for COVID because they are at half capacity.... I get it BUT that should be told to the customer up front NOT discovered on your bill at the end of the meal.nService was awesome- food was not!
