I often have picnic dates here with my S/o we love to people watch and baskin the sun and get in the water if it's hot enough. It can get busy but there's still lots of room. I love seeing people dogs

If you visit Reno, walk the river. Whitewater park is awesome. Like dogs and kids and ducks? Got it. I live downtown and go every day it warms up. Summer coming, can't wait!

Absolutely beautiful! Took a quick afternoon walk along the river with my son, sister-in-law, and nephew and LOVED it! It’s so serene....I could have sat and watched the river run for hours, while reflecting on my day. Next time I plan to return without the toddlers so I can do exactly that! Definitely recommend walking along the path and taking in all the beauty, if you should have the chance!
