Theresa is number one! She is by far the best defense attorney in all of Nevada. She has a proven record to fight for her clients because winning is everything! For whatever circumstance you find yourself in needing a criminal defense lawyer, the best you’ll find is Theresa. Not only is Theresa knowledgeable and professional, she genuinely cares about her clients and will work her tail off for you. She is clearly passionate about what she does, which makes you feel like you’re in good hands. She makes the time to explain the process along the way (in a way that makes sense!) and makes sure that you understand what’s going on with your case while also ensuring it’s not taking over your life. She finds creative ways to attack your case and get you the best result. She is very familiar and experienced in the Reno area, so you definitely want her by your side. I retained Ristenpart Law to fight for the reckless driving charge in Nevada while I hold California driving license. Two months later, I got the best results possible that I couldn’t believe my ears. My charge was totally dismissed. I first got to talk to Theresa during the free consultation. She was really compassionate and told me what/how she would do as the next step. After talking with her, I was free of stress and worries because I knew she would be fighting and defending for me and I knew that she really wants the best result for the client. Every time I had questions or concerns throughout the case, Lisa and Theresa’s team at the office would reply me as soon as possible. I had researched and talked to several different lawyers in the area. I only got stressful after talking to them.
