Our brief dealing with Gail Kern was very positive, and she came recommended by friends. She could well have charged us for her time, but instead she answered our brief question on the phone and got us headed in the right direction. Professional and conversant with NV law and NRS116. When we need an HOA attorney, Gail is choice #1.

This group are a bunch of crooks that work with HOAs to embezzle money from people. Do not utilize their services, since they take a simple problem and create it into an expensive legal fee. Very rude and use tactics to coerce people, such as threatening foreclosure on your home.
