So, I must say, I gave Kathleen a good review before. I have to change that as the results faded off after the first thing that got done. My husband actually had to put in his own appeal...ud83cudfc6He WON!ud83cudfc6nKathleen decided to drop my husband and has tried to boycot him in the Reno area! Kathleen and her staff are very professional and knowledgeable. She’s just like what you get in her commercials. She’s straight forward but caring, and let’s you know right up front what to expect through the process. Her staff is available for questions and the amount of paperwork they keep you from having to deal with while you are just trying to recover would make your head spin. I would definitely recommend Kathleen based on my experience!
