Greg literally is the best ! I called the store at 8am with what I thought was the silliest question (do you guys add air to tires !) he laughed and did not hesitate to help me . I arrived to the store and he was just as welcoming in person as he was on the phone . I’m from New York and was only in town on business and I have never been so impressed with the service . I have a 2020 Range Rover velar and he and the team treated my baby amazing and got my tires right ! Thanks again !!!! Happy Thanksgiving!!
Great experience!! They treat you well, don’t try to sell you more than you need, are honest and helpful. Store manager Greg, has excellent customer service skills, and will explain things in detail to you.nMy second time here, will definitely visit again
Needed air in tire as it was low they fill it right away person who fill.it was great
Short and sweet: customer service was very professional. But thankfully I saved my old tires (there was a sensor warning and the wife insisted I get new tires). As I took the older tires out of the car, I saw one of the tires had a HUGE metal circle protruding from the top tread. Yup, I had a massive screw which penetrated right through to the other side. You think that was the reason I had a sensor light come on? These tires were dismounted to get the new ones on —which means they would have SEEN the screw if they had only LOOKED at the tire. You HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME that no one noticed that... I could have saved myself $550+++ as it could have been plugged for $30 or less. Seriously....!
I only needed one tire changed. I ordered the tire online through SimpleTire.com and it was shipped here and installed no questions asked. Thanks again for getting it done quickly!
