Giving an update on my experience at this location. I've been having an issue with my car lately and brought it in to check it out. Joe was kind enough to book me on short notice. Got to meet the mechanic who was going to check my car. His name is Eric and he couldn't have been more professional. I'm not the smartest guy with cars and Eric was kind enough to inform on what he believed the problem was and what he was going to do. He kept me informed and explained everything so I could understand. I highly recommend this location and ask for Eric if you prefer a great mechanic!

Joe is so thoughtful and explained everything to me with photos he had taken so that I didn’t have to go out into the garage with my two young kids. They have free loaner cars, and my tires were replaced same day (without an appointment) and the car was ready for pickup before the time I had said I needed it back. Highly recommend.

Not all Meineke locations are created equal. That being said, this one was spot on. Joe was awesome. He was easy to deal with, thorough and helpful without being pushy. Felt comfortable I wasn't being led into unnecessary work. He even gave me ideas on things to look into and comparison shop. I will definitely be going back to a place I feel is sincere in what they do and how they do it.

Joe & his Team at the Meineke, Wilmington MA shop are the best! I've used Meineke for years from oil changes to major repairs of all kinds, and would never go any place else! They are always professional & courteous, and always the best pricing!
