I’ve been coming to this gym for 15 years since it was Golds. I’ve have to say whoever is the new manager is doing an exceptional job! The staff is the friendliest I’ve ever experienced and I feel welcomed every time I come in. You don’t see good customer service like it anymore.

Good luck trying to cancel over the phone. I’ve been calling for a few days now and every day I call I somehow reach them “outside of their business hours” even though it’s between 8-5a. You might as well go in in person to cancel it and even then good luck. On top of equipment constantly being broken and staff that harp on mask wearing (only to not do it themselves) you’ll save money going literally anywhere else. Disappointing for sure

I used to attend this gym a few years ago, before the pandemic and it was all right. However, now the gym is constantly packed full of people a lot of the equipment is in disrepair And they need more plates for all the benches and equipment that they have. The amenities and classes aren't available as far as I know and The fact that they are closed on Sundays is a huge downside to me. However they're one of the only gyms around my house And other than not being able to get through my routine as quickly as I'd like I haven't had terrible of an expirience. That being said I am constantly on the lookout for something better

Needless to say, I look forward to his lessons every week. He is REALLY affordable, has a flexible schedule and is a consummate professional. Most important, he knows his game and teaches it in a friendly, non-pretentious way. He is a really good coach and will help you quickly develop your game.

It’s interesting I wrote A honest and polite review regarding my concerns with this facility. The interesting part is my review was never submitted on here and disappeared into thin air. I am going to write a second one and as many as I need to. I went in to ask about cancellations and was treated extremely poorly by a young girl that worked at the front desk. Her name was not provided because she denied giving it to me when I asked. She was covered in arm tattoos and seemed to be young and very arrogant. This should be addressed and I will not be returning to this facility ever again. Your staff should not be rude to Paying members that keep this place afloat. I’ve been going there since it was golds gym! Never again!
