Love my gym! All the basics are there in a friendly atmosphere. Got my BFF to join and workouts are so fun!
I absolutely LOVE this gym!! It is never crowded and the staff is super friendly! The manager goes out of her to way to make you feel welcome & at the same time does not pressure you to sign up. They have a HUGE open space & have latest eqipment for functional training - I HIGHLY recommend this place! 10 out of 10!!!
Best place to workout ever. The new owner is a fantastic person and the gym just got remodel (December 2013). The place is clean and organized. It's not a meathead gym. Nobody yelling and throwing weights. And the best of all, it's NEVER too crowded!!!n*Pictures from Google listing need to be updated. The new gym looks much better than that :)
Coming up on 4 years of membership. Very friendly staff. Gym is kept very clean. Only downside is that its getting more and more crowded.
Having been limited to 24HrFit in NorCal most of this winter it was nice to be in an exceptional Anytime!
